Have you had similar thoughts to these new moms? Have you wondered if what you are feeling is more than just the baby blues?

You are not alone.

Research has shown, 1 in 7 mothers experience depression or anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum. Counseling from a trained therapist has been shown to significantly reduce these symptoms.

Mother and baby

Support. Guidance. Therapy

Although you may feel like it will never get better, Post Partum Depression/Anxiety is temporary and treatable.  It is not something you have caused or a reflection of your ability as a mother.  Emotions are a significant part of post partum health and healing.

You are not alone, you are not to blame and you can get well.

Psychotherapy can be a positive process through which you can improve your symptoms and fully adjust to your new life.
